Don't throw it out - recycle it!
9:20pm Sunday 21st March 2010

AS people look to spring clean their homes people are being asked to give any unwanted items to voluntary and community organisations.
Good use can still be made of furniture, electrical appliances, bicycles and paint that are still in good condition.
Re-using these items can help reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill, help other residents and support good causes.
Worcestershire county councillor Anthony Blagg, cabinet member for waste and sustainability said: "The reuse guide produced by Worcestershire County Council's waste prevention team lists all the organisations and the items that they accept and is a great guide for finding out where to donate your unwanted possessions."
To download the guide visit wastemissionimpossible.org.uk or by call 01905 766883.
Residents can also offer item for reuse on the internet through freecycle.org
